Dr.
Robert B. lngram, School Board Member for District 1,
delivered the keynote address at the Inter-agency Teen
Conference that was sponsored by the Family Christian
Association of America, Inc. in collaboration with several
community-based organizations. The conference was held
on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Radisson Mart Plaza. The
theme for this year's event was "Sowing Our Seeds...Accountability."
