Dr.
Robert B. Ingram, Miami-Dade County School Board Member
for District 1, has been appointed as the Board's representative
to The Children's Trust by School Board Chair Perla Tabares
Hantman. Dr.
Ingram is a well-known children's advocate who continues
to champion issues designed to "give our students
the world."
Dr.
Ingram's rich background and experience in children matters
make him an asset to The Children's Trust, an independent
33-member public-private board. Trust activities will
include but will not be limited to early intervention
and dropout prevention efforts in Miami-Dade community.
